In the face of cuts to NOAA and the US’s climate and weather prediction infrastructure, we organized a 100-hour weather & climate livestream to save America’s forecasts. The livestream consisted of panels (including fired NOAA workers and former NWS Directors) and almost 200 talks featuring scientists across the country. Check out our website.
In February 2025, I helped co-author a letter signed by 2,500 scientific experts urging Congress to defend NOAA and the US’s climate and weather prediction infrastructure.
